Administration and Faculty Positions

Dean of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Transfer

This position provides visionary academic leadership and direction for one of the academic divisions at Southeast. As an administrator, this person supports and advances a campus culture of equity and belonging within the division, as well as throughout the college community. The dean is responsible for innovative program development and revision for Liberal Arts and Sciences departments in consultation with the Vice President of Student Success (VPSS), faculty, and other division deans to meet the needs of students. In addition, the dean leads the college’s continuous improvement efforts to promote and support quality online instruction. The dean also interacts with regional colleges and universities that support transfer pathways and student learning. As such, the dean is an essential part of the Student Success team and a member of the Strategic Planning and Administrative committees. Nursing, AD Instructor (Winona)

Minnesota State College Southeast seeks a Nursing AD Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered learning community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to interdisciplinary and cross-cultural perspectives. Faculty members at Minnesota State College Southeast are professionally active scholars who participate in departmental and campus-wide activities to enhance their disciplines, promote interdisciplinary discourse and collaboration, and advance the college mission. Staff Positions

Director of Apprenticeships & Dual Training

Provide leadership and oversight of all apprenticeship/dual training/work-based learning offerings at MSC Southeast. Develop and oversee standardization, yet customization, by industry and program areas while overseeing consistent practices across credit and non-credit programs. Navigating synergy between academic deans, faculty, and industry partners is essential.


  • This includes registered and non-registered Apprenticeships, Dual-Training (PIPELINE), Capstone Projects, and other work-based learning activities.
  • Position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing processes and procedures for each program.
  • Position will recruit businesses and help establish resources to support the development of sustainable partnerships needed for each program to succeed, in coordination with the academic technical programs and Workforce Education (WE) division. Developing and implementing agreements between employer and MSC Southeast is an essential part of program sustainability.
  • Position will also oversee the development and implementation of systems for tracking and reporting data related to student outcomes and other important metrics as well as archiving of all legal and college documents related to apprenticeships, dual training and other related initiatives.

Campus Security Report

Minnesota State College Southeast recognizes providing the safest environment possible is an integral element of the college's educational mission and annually publishes a Campus Security Report that is available to everyone. This report provides statements of policy for a broad range of safety and security programs including crime prevention programs, reporting crimes, personal safety, community relations, environmental safety, enforcement authority, evacuation procedures, and enforcement authority and response, and a 3-year statistical review of designated crimes on campus.
